The journal is free of charge for authors who are third-level (PhD) degree seekers enrolled in state-funded educational programs, provided that the manuscript is authored solely by them (without co-authors) — Diamond Open Access model. The journal does not charge any fees to authors in this category at any stage of the publication process:

The Editorial Board also reserves the right to grant Diamond Open Access and waive all publication fees for manuscripts that, in the opinion of the Editorial Board, demonstrate particular significance and relevance.
